Over the next three years, we aim to establish 50% of our total coworking and managed office footprint in New South Wales. This isn’t just about growth; it’s about strategic positioning. We are on track to operate 14 premium hubs across Australia by early 2026, each designed with flexibility, prestige, and productivity at its core.
Sydney, NSW
The cornerstone of our Sydney growth is our flagship site at 347 Kent Street, a premium-grade tower by Investa. Launching in early 2026, this 2,600 sqm site will deliver premium amenities, cutting-edge technology, and bespoke office suites designed for enterprise clients.
It’s the first of many.
Adelaide, SA
We’re entering South Australia with strength.
Our first site, in partnership with Quintessential and MaxCap, will open at 30 Pirie Street.
The second, 100 King William Street, follows soon after.
These two hubs will bring the CorporateCubes experience to a city with emerging demand for flexible, high-quality workspace.
Melbourne & Victoria
Victoria remains foundational to our operations, with 11 hubs across Melbourne and Geelong. Recent additions in East Melbourne (featuring panoramic MCG views) and Balaclava expand our premium offering.
Over time, Victoria will represent approximately 30% of our overall footprint.
